Andrey Vlasov - A better alternative to Putin?

Rogue Russian General Andrey Vlasov was a patriot and headed an army of Russians that fought against Stalin during WWII. As the Prague manifesto (see previous post) presented by his Russian Liberation Army states, "The preservation of peace and the establishment of peaceful relations with all nations of the world, and all round development of international collaboration." could be described as failures for Putin considering recent events around Ukraine.
